Lectures 2017

PETER SUMMERS, JAMES DICKINSON and MIKE GADD - an amazing opportunity to see the UK's best taxidermists each demonstrating how to mount a red grouse.

KIM MCDONALD delivering his legal update with his usual unique style.  Always interesting to keep up to date with the complexities of taxidermy law and some of its oddities.  Part of this lecture was the risk of taking a guitar abroad.

SEAN CONNELL passing on his knowledge and experience on preparing pickling and tanning with examples of different types and observations he'd made with tanning percentages and shrinkage.

AVIAN CHALLENGE - Peter Sunesen again led this year's challenge of a magpie.  As is the purpose of this challenge, the discussion on how to observe and put into practise the complexity of the anatomy in a photograph.  This challenge was won by Pernille Lindberg Stenby.
